We hope you have had a great Christmas and New Year.
It’s that time again where everyones thoughts turn to new years resolutions, maybe stopping smoking or losing a bit of weight.
Whilst we can’t help with the smoking, we can certainly help with a plan to lose some weight!

We have always been proud of our technical support, both for quality and response time but of course there is always room for improvement so we have now introduced a ticket based technical support help system to help service our customers.
Regular visitors may notice we have been busy again working on the website, especially the help & support and the news & articles sections.
We have made changes to help make the pages more accessible to all users, as well as bring the help and support pages in line with the rest of the website.
