New ticket based support system

There is nothing worse than finding you have a problem, then not getting the support you need.

We have always been proud of our technical support, both for quality and response time but of course, there is always room for improvement so we have now introduced a ticket-based technical support help system to help service our customers.

The new support system should ensure any messages between customers and Byoni are not caught up in the many spam filters now operating on email accounts, and gives both us and our customers a full thread of messages sent along with the date and time of the messages.

    • Yes it will. The Perfect Diet Tracker has been tested on developer versions of OSX Lion and works well so we do not anticipate any problems once Lion is released to the public.
