Coronavirus (Covid 19) support update

During these difficult times, we wanted to reach out to let you know how things have changed here and how this affects the Perfect Diet Tracker.

As we are an online business all orders and any key re-issue queries are handled automatically so are not affected, you should receive your new product key within a few minutes of ordering.

If you want to contact online support we would ask for your patience and allow a little longer for a reply. We are currently answering 99% of support tickets and emails within 24 hours. If you would like to speak to someone on the phone please be aware wait time may be longer than normal, we can only apologise.

The Perfect Diet Tracker is a one off purchase, usually costing less than most other services charge per month. We therefore rely on new customers for revenue to continue delevlopment.
