href=\"\/free-download\/\">download<\/a> pages.<\/p>\n<h3>Whats new in this update?<\/h3>\n<p>This update contains a significant update to the core engine behind the software, and the file structure used by the application.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of these changes, you cannot downgrade to a previous version after installing this update. \u00a0We strongly recommend you <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perfectdiettracker.com\/support\/backing-up-and-restoring-your-data\">backup your settings<\/a> before upgrading, if you do not create a backup, \u00a0you will be unable to downgrade to a previous version.<\/p>\n<p>If you are using Dropbox to keep your computers in sync, please ensure the Perfect Diet Tracker is updated on all machines.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
